I switched mobile devices. How do I get Street Invoice working on my new device?

Every Street Invoice user is linked to a limited number of devices. (One device for Starter users, up to two devices for Basic, Pro or Enterprise.)
If you are replacing your mobile device, you need to de-activate your old device. Then you can login from your new device, and your username will automatically link to your new device.

You can de-activate your old device from the Windows edition of Street Invoice.  Alternately, contact  support@beontrac.com  and we’ll reset your account.
1.       From the Street Invoice Main Screen, choose  Settings .
2.       Click  User List , and select your name from the list.
3.       Click the  Mobile Devices  tab, and click  De-activate  for your old device.
