I can't access features in my new plan

If you have just changed your plan, the changes may have not yet been applied to your device.

You can force your device to be updated:

  1. Select Settings.
  2. Select Resync with Server.

If you still having trouble, please contact Street Invoice Support with your account code, and the details of the plan change you just made.

Google Play Subscriptions on Android

If features do not match a Street Invoice plan you recently purchased or changed on Google Play, check the purchase and plan status before taking any further action.

Check Google Play

  1. Open the Google Play Store using the Google account used for the Street Invoice subscription.
  2. Tap your profile, then open Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions and select Street Invoice.
  3. Review the subscription status and any current or scheduled plan, effective date, and next charge shown by Google Play.

An upgrade to a higher tier takes effect immediately with a prorated price difference calculated by Google Play. A downgrade to a lower tier takes effect at renewal, so the existing tier remains in place until then. A monthly/annual billing change within the same plan uses no proration; check the effective date and next charge displayed by Google Play.

Check the plan shown in Street Invoice

  1. Return to Street Invoice and open Settings > My Street Invoice Plan.
  2. Compare the plan and status shown in Street Invoice with the subscription details in Google Play. If the screen shows a Retry option, you can tap it to retry loading the plan screen.
  3. If Google Play shows an active purchase or a plan change that should apply, but the Street Invoice account still does not show the expected plan, go to Settings > Resync Data.
  4. If that still does not help, contact Street Invoice Support. Include the plan and status shown in Google Play.

If you already have a non-Play plan

A plan billed outside Google Play is separate. If you are unsure which billing channel applies to your Street Invoice account, contact support before making a purchase, to avoid creating a duplicate Google Play subscription.
