Customize what appears on invoices, estimates and credits
Street Invoice lets you customize which information appears on your invoices, estimates, etc.Show or Hide:
- Quantity and Price Columns
- Line Totals
- "T" Indicator for taxable items
- Sales Rep
- Status
Customize the titles of the following lines:
- Estimate
- invoices
- Credit
- PO Number
- Discount
- Sales Rep
- Tax
Customization will apply to all documents generated by Street Invoice, across all devices.
From your mobile device
- From the Main Screen of Street Invoice select Settings
- Select Preferences
- In the Invoice Options, set the available options
From your Windows PC
- From the Main Screen of Street Invoice select Settings.
- Select Preferences from the System Setup section.
- Select Edit to begin customizing your settings.
- In the Printing Options section, you will see all the available options.
