Working with vehicles
Use Customer Jobs to separate each vehicle. You can track additional information about the individual vehicle, such as make, model, and VIN, by setting custom fields for your jobs. You can then invoice for a particular "job" (=vehicle), and that information will appear on the invoice.
First, set up your custom fields:
- Select Settings
- Select Preferences
- Under Custom Fields for job information, enter the information that you would like to track for each vehicle.
